Our mantra has always been to keep things affordable and flexible for startups, so that they can actually start up! This means free meeting rooms, fast internet, rolling monthly contracts, no deposits and 24/7 access. On top of all that we have a fantastic community of current and alumni startups with regular social events.

For start-ups looking for something slightly different, this space is based within a former pub in Canning Town. Having undergone a huge transformation, the once pub now boasts a thriving hub for start-ups, builders and hustlers. Original features of the building have been maintained and utilised as breakout space and a lovely outside garden area. Members will have excellent support from the onsite team, with state-of-the-art image and video equipment there to use for professional headshots, team photos or marketing materials. The space offers both co-working and private office space, with suites ranging from 2 person to 12 persons.

Nestled in the heart of Canning Town, the centre occupies a relaxed location for tenants to spend their working day, whilst also having great transport links for easy access into the City. Members will be close to a wide range of lunchtime dining, drinking and retail options. Barking Road is just moments away and boasts a vast array of potential spots to enjoy on your lunch hour. In terms of transport, Canning Town station is just a 10-minute walk from the space, and offers Jubilee line access as well as DLR services, giving you direct access to the heart of the city.
